I thank you for this post. I didn’t realise that it was a bad thing until i saw myself in your words. I just thought i didn’t like people much but it was me doing too much all along. I didn’t know the words to say so I appreciate your examples. I will try them.

Hi Maili! I love the way you write about people pleasing! I am a recovering people pleaser as my mother was one as well. Her ideologies instilled in me hence I am trying to break free from being one.
